For owners who want to manage the property themselves, we offer a lease-only service. We market the property, execute a lease, and turn management over to you.
Manage Only
If Already have a tenant in place, Manage Only means that we will take care over the management services include collecting the rent, coordinating repairs, and all the other tasks associated with managing the lease. We will not be paid a procurement fee (for the current tenant). We will just collect our management fee based on the amount of income we collect for you.
